1. Free Trial

Brainyply offers a free trial with 10 reply generations. No payment is required to try our service, allowing you to evaluate whether it meets your needs before subscribing.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until that date
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Unused credits do not carry over and will expire at the end of your billing period

3. Refund Requests

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge in question
  • Reason for your refund request

4. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:

  • Technical issues that prevented service use
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages affecting your subscription period

5. When Refunds Are Typically Not Provided

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Unused credits or generations
  • Partial month usage
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
