3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Brainyply to:

• Harass or bully: Generate content intended to intimidate, threaten, or harm others
• Defame: Create false statements that damage someone's reputation
• Impersonate: Pretend to be another person, business, or entity
• Spam: Generate bulk unsolicited content or misleading responses
• Deceive: Create fake reviews, testimonials, or misleading content
• Discriminate: Generate content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
• Break laws: Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. You must ensure that any content you post:

• Is accurate and truthful
• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on others' rights
• Complies with the platform's terms where you publish

5. Account Sharing

Account credentials should not be shared outside your organisation. Each account is for use by a single business or individual user. Enterprise/Agency accounts may have multiple authorised users as per their subscription terms.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of our service, please report it to abuse@brainyply.com

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion without prior notice for serious violations.
